Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsible for all brand / product / marketing development. Created and established new sister company brand platform, logo, website, and supporting marketing collateral. Worked with outside agency to coordinate and implement new branding assets, and style guide. Cooperative collaboration effort with outside agency to formulate brand strategy. The company executives charged me with creating all company communications including newsletters, press releases, reports, and proposals. I was also responsible for maintaining all the company's web portals and creating new fresh content. 

I was also enlisted to help with special project management and coordination. From trade shows to marketing campaigns, I was behind the scenes driving all the gears. Social media networking was integrated into every aspect of the company online programming efforts. I helped create and manage the entire program from the ground up.

I initialized and executed several campaign programs important for partnership activation that attracted new online followers, captured data lead and fulfilled sponsorship obligations.

I was brought on to compliment the web management team, and assist in the tracking and development of the motorsports sponsorship program. I was responsible for maintaining existing profiles, determining successful athletes to continue support and identifying new candidates worthy of representing the Lucas Oil brand. I became essential in cross promoting events, internal communications, distributing news and many more priority projects.
