Athletic Republic of Orange County is one of Orange County’s premier training facilities. As a level 2 performance trainer I took on the lead role of becoming the head volleyball specialist. I obtained my biomechanics certification through SoloSpike Advanced Technologies where I spent time alongside our US Women's National team. I helped to develop practice protocols as well as rehab assignments to get athletes back on the court. My duties extended beyond the training floor with expertise in sales and marketing. I implemented strategic marketing strategies and networked with target groups to build one of the most successful volleyball programs in Orange County.

My goal as a regional sales manager was to first educate athletes, coaches and parents about the importance of biomechanics. The reason being is that in order for an athlete to be successful they need to understand their strengths and weaknesses. As a certified biomechanics specialist I realized there was a market for a video analysis software and product development with the SoloSpike. I used the combination of the two to develop programs that have been widely accepted and implemented in programs across the nation. As a regional sales manager I led a team of biomechanically certified SoloSpike Trainers and taught them how to incorporate these marketing strategies to build their own clientele.
