Develop, direct and execute the strategic branding of an 12-year professional motocross and supercross team. Create partner specific proposals to maximize ROI, exposure and integration for investors. Manage activation initiatives for current sponsors and consistently bring new ideas to their attention. Responsible for selling niche, integrated marketing opportunities for the Business Journal through a consultative, solution-based approach. Inventory opportunities include website, daily email updates, special events and print solutions. Accountable for maintaining current and cultivating new clients by providing superior customer service while growing my territory of categories which include the automotive, hospitality, retail, tech/telecom and residential real estate industries.
•Member of a three person sales team that attained 154% of the pre-sale sales initiatives including online, print and special events.

•Generated over $200,000 in new business (non advertisers in past 12 months) in my tenure including the unveiling of a new publication.

Account Executive

Responsible for the creation and implementation of the sales and marketing budget for the Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater. Created all advertising campaigns including placement of all web, social media, print, television, and radio. Wrote and oversaw the production of all spots for television, radio, and internet. Managed all aspects of the sales department including the IMAX ticket sales, Movie Club memberships, Hall of Fame museum and sponsorship agreements. Coordinated and managed all special events including general consumer and corporate events and hospitality within the Museum and IMAX Theater.
•Responsible for selling 60% of all IMAX tickets and 50% of all Hall of Fame tickets achieving over $500K in sales revenue. 
•Secured new corporate partnerships and event sponsors for IMAX films, museum exhibits, retail store, and annual Induction Ceremony equaling $350K per annum. 
•Coordinated execution of contractual obligations with sponsors including; inclusion in advertising materials, creation of promotions and events, and hospitality opportunities	
•Negotiated and secured all film contracts and created scheduling for IMAX® to maximize sales opportunities resulting in an additional 50K consumers annually.
•Managed between 15-17 general consumer events per year including sales, execution, budgeting, and implementation creating over $150K in additional revenue.
•Created, developed and implemented membership and loyalty programs generating over $150K per annum.
•Developed $500K marketing plan for the Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater and consistently met budget.
•Created National PSA campaigns valued over $2 million to promote the Hall of Fame during televised PGA TOUR, Senior PGA TOUR, LPGA events
•Directed social media, email campaigns, and interactive promotions to coincide with the IMAX film openings and Hall of Fame featured exhibits.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsible for the sale of stadium signage, promotional events, and additional print advertising resulting in additional $150K in revenue. Managed promotions and created hospitality events for sponsors. 
•Developed new clientele to fulfill yearbook, stadium signage, and game day promotional opportunities generating 100K in additional revenue.
•Partnered with General Manager to create sales presentations and devise selling strategies for new stadium amenities generating additional $100K in revenue.
•Collaborated with General Manager to establish stadium amenities and pricing for the new stadium.
•Hired and managed game day ushers, and security personnel resulting in company savings of $10,000.

Director of Corporate Sales

Responsible for the sales of premium seating, luxury boxes and group tickets. Helped clients and potential clients with orders, questions and inquiries. Conducted tours of the park and personally toured seating arrangements with clients. 
•Held responsibility for approximately $1.5M in sales annually.
•Played an integral role in two consecutive attendance season records of over three million patrons.
•Obtained 99% capacity in the 600 Club and luxury boxes.
•Supervised the Birthday Party program and assisted large groups on game night.
•Lobbied clientele to garner support for the new Fenway Park proposal.
