Growing up in Southern California, I easily exposed to the action sport industry. I competed in skateboarding growing up, and then later I found my love in Motocross racing. I quickly excelled, from the age of 15 competing in local motocross events, and then to race Amateur Nationals in the Intermediate/B class within 3 short years. I was then offered the opportunity to change my discipline from Motocross to race Off-road professionally with Johnny Campbell's (JCR Honda) support. I then raced for the next 6 years at the professional level in the Score International Baja 1000, 500 and other SCORE events as well as AMA Endurocross, the World Off Road Championship Series (worcs), and local pro motocross events. Towards the end of my racing, I was running out of support and needed to focus on personal financial responsibilities. I hung up the boots and got a "big boy" job. Now I run the maintenance division for a successful landscaping company only 3 years later. Thanks to motocross for teaching me all the discipline, dedication and work ethics I've learned from it. It's my passion, and I know if you're working with something you're passionate about, it makes your job more enjoyable. So thats why I'm looking to come back to the action sports industry.
