Product Manager

Looking to join and highly contribute to a team that is essential for a company’s success, and in parallel acquire additional skill sets to further enhance my career. With my experience obtained with Beats by Dre and Apple, Inc. I have learned to be a fast paced learner all while maintaining high quality of work. I have learned many different processes and have gained experience at thinking outside the box to solve issues.

?	Managing licensed Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, and Hasbro products from concept to mass production.
?	Interact on a daily basis with Graphic Designers to ensure the aesthetics of the product/packaging meets our concept requirements and vision. 
?	Work very closely with our China counterpart and factories in China to track the status of a project’s timeline. We must work with them to meet our hard deadlines, while ensuring the product is developed accurately and of high quality. 
?	Review Bill of Materials (BOM) closely to drive costs down and meet our targeted margins. This also allows me to get a better grasp on the type of materials and processes that go into these products. 
?	Frequent interaction with our licensors to review new concepts and prototypes we want to license. 
?	Travels to China on a product launch basis, dependent on deadlines, to work with China manufacturer on meeting our dire dates, output efficiency, and quality.
?	Provide global Sales team most up to date information (i.e price, ship date, dimensions, images, etc) in a timely manner to get our products into major retailers.
?	Maintaining an efficient workflow, company wide, using our PLM system.

- Managing line extension and custom projects for all products. 
- Work closely with Marketing Partnerships and Product Management teams to develop and meet requested schedules. 
- Daily interactions with Manufacturing companies in China to develop products correctly in terms of cosmetics and reliability, all in a timely manner to help meet the requested on shelf date. 
- Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure our newly developed products pass reliability testing and are durable. 
- Work with Compliance team to verify that the newly developed products are not hazardous to people or the environment.
- Occasional trips to China to meet with Manufacturing companies to ensure the products are being developed correctly and efficiently to ensure schedule is met with a high quality outcome.
- Meet with cross functional teams weekly to ensure everyone is up to speed and the most current information is being reported throughout the company.

Engineering Project Manager

- Create purchase orders for cross functional departments company wide. 
- Worked closely with Operations to ensure all of our inventory was replenished at our inventory hubs. 
- Developed knowledge for GL coding, as each Purchase Order was to be coded correctly for the GL team to close out the month. 
- Developed accruals for month close and year end close. 
- Create standard and blanket purchase orders for our manufacturing companies.
- Worked daily with the AP team to ensure invoices were paid on time and to the correct Purchase Order to ensure our accounting was intact. 
- Contacted manufacturing companies to ensure Purchase Orders were created in a timely fashion and were invoiced to the correct Purchase Order.

Purchasing Coordinator

- Data entry and administration of payroll personnel and time cards including entry of employee information and time card information into payroll system.
- Quality check transaction entry audits.
- Filing and payroll maintenance.
- Working quickly but accurately to ensure deadlines are met.

Payroll Clerk

- Posting blogs and maintaining social media networks to help the business expand.
- Coming up with innovative ideas to create company exposure in the social media world.
