Responsible for creating and executing North American market strategies; budgeting, sponsorship and media relations, content creation (photo and video) for projects and social media channels.  Uniquely to a contracted position shared global brand management duties with German based team.  Provided technical/race support and training of servicing throughout market. In addition integral part of OEM and Aftermarket global sales team, creating trusted relationships and increasing spec and revenue.   Worked closely with global R&D team providing feedback and conducting testing (personal and with athletes).   Many hats,  multitasking with proven efficiency.



Marketing and Sales Professional

Managed multiple bicycle accessory category business units; P&L responsibility,  category roadmaps and yearly line plans. Successfully drove a corporate focus on electronics turning it into one of highest contribution margin categories and providing the foundation for their current platforms.  Managed cross functional teams which supported categories overseen.   Conducted broad scope of research; potential suppliers, technologies, materials, processes, interfaces and real world testing.  Developed product and category content for creation of marketing materials, catalogs, web, technical documents.   Traveled globally presenting, promoting, learning and riding bikes.


Product Manager

Started at the bottom as employee #2 and became the general manager of the company.  Managed supplier relations, new product development, sales and marketing programs, media relations,  advertisements, sponsorships, human resources, global logistics, forecasting, purchasing, pricing structures and customer relations at some time over my term.  Got my hands very dirty and gained a deep understanding of and touched all major aspects of running a small but global business.
