Contract Administrator II

I currently work at BAE Systems as an Contracts Administrator negotiating and processing contracts with the U.S. Government and International organizations.  I have past experience as a Regional Sales Representative for Club Glove, the leader in golf luggage and accessories. I have also worked for Roger Dunns Golf Shop in Sales, Management and golf club repairs. I am looking to move back into the golf industry as a Sales Representative. 

o	Oversee both U.S Government and International contracts to ensure both sides are complying to contractual requirements
o	Review Request for Proposals and work with different functional areas to gather and analyze basic assumptions for proposal preparation
o	Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions on assigned proposals.
o	Receive purchase orders for spare part orders for existing contracts and programs
o	Provide status reports for management review to ensure all programs and contracts are on track


o	Manage accounts within territory spanning 12 states to promote and effectively sell company products while building strong account partnership
o	Oversee entire ordering process from accounts initial concept, through production, to ensure customer satisfaction after receiving product 
o	Make outbound sales calls to new and existing accounts to meet sales goals
o	Effectively manage multiple incoming sales calls and email orders simultaneously
o	Troubleshoot any account concerns including rush orders and specialty orders by pooling resources and providing solutions as quickly as possible 
o	Classify accounts and organize a plan of action in order to manage account needs in a timely manner
o	Collaborate with all departments to ensure accurate and efficient execution of orders
o	Attend trade shows, including the PGA Merchandise Show, to meet with existing and new accounts in order to grow business by pitching sales presentations


Regional Sales Representative

o	Manage all departments and resolve any and all concerns from customers or staff
o	Handle orders for customers and for store inventory
o	Communicate with company representatives for upcoming products and pricing
o	Delegate tasks amongst staff in order to ensure a productive workflow
o	Manage customer trade-ins, returns and warranties
o	Payroll verification and employee scheduling

Club and Footwear Salesman
o	Use knowledge of equipment to find the appropriate clubs for clients’ needs
o	Use knowledge of footwear and apparel to fulfill customers request

Repair Department Manager - Golf Club Fitting and Repair Specialist
o	Manage orders for customers and communicate with company representatives to order equipment and supplies
o	Use extensive knowledge of golf clubs, shafts, and grips to perform fittings for customers to furnish the customer with ideal equipment
