An ambitious and energetic Head of Creative with considerable experience in licensing business, who is passionate about developing and designing top-shelf products and layouts as well as delivering state-of-art presentations and trainings for clients and partners.

- Managed product development and creative operations for Central & Eastern Europe (18 countries) across all lines of business.

- Supervised a team of 6 product development coordinators in the Warsaw and Budapest offices – over 7k products delivered to the market each year! 

- Provided product and content presentations for large audiences, pitch presentations and creative trainings for clients.

- Researched market trends, innovative products and designs participating in fairs across Europe (Saloni del Mobile in Milan, Frankfurt Stationery Fairs, Nürnberg Toys&Consumer Electronics Fairs, SIAL Paris, London Design Festival).

- Managed technical and production operations with a $350k budget.    

- Produced successfully promotional events and exhibitions for brands 
such as Canon, Sharp, Samsung, Motorola.

- Supervised a team of coordinators and a number of external contractors. 

- Analyzed task and cost allocation challenging others to meet agreed deadlines.

Project Manager

- Designed and produced corporate IDs, websites, POS materials, books and catalogues.

- Gained broad experience in printing techniques, DTP and meeting client expectations within a limited budget. 
- Assisted in several art projects (6 months work for mosaic studio creating 60 sq m art piece, 1 year in a ceramic studio delivering over 300 art pieces – tables, vases, wall decorations).
