I created Tyler's Real Estate to cater to the millennial generation as we work to help create independent wealth for the largest home purchasing demographic in Orange County, CA.

As the millennial real estate market continues to grow, it's being met with seasoned Realtors who do not understand the technology, workflows and communication preferences of the modern day millennial, leading to frustration on both sides. Add to this the unique financial position millennials find themselves in due to school debt, employer 401K matches, lack of pension's and the ever growing trend of multiple income streams - our generation was lacking a voice to speak for them - until now.

Operated within a specialized team of engineers and consultants focused exclusively on growing Schneider Electrics presence in the CSP and Data Center Colocation markets utilizing industry leading technology and strategic fulfillment plans. Our team had proven itself to be a critical component of both Schneider Electrics, and our customers, targeted growth successes - past, present and future.

Strategic Account Manager

As Operations Manager at Flow Sports I work to progress and expand sales enablement for the Flow Snowboarding and SIC SUP brands throughout our global wholesale channels. From account and order management, to international sales reporting and process improvement, I succeed in day to day sales operations by empowering my coworkers and expanding customer relations. I work to provide my teams and customers the tools they need to increase revenue, margin and profit -  while focusing on improving those tools to accomplish the job more effectively and efficiently.

Operations Manager

As the North American Inside Sales/Customer Service Team Leader at Flow Sports, I drove account management, business development and sales strategy in 200+ active e-commerce and retail accounts through our in-house sales and customer service teams. I worked to motivate, inspire and train my team in their sales and customer service efforts - aiding our worldwide sales force in obtaining both revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. Reporting directly to our Director and Vice President, I worked throughout our distribution channels as the Inside Account Manager for the Western US and Canada as well. Development, implementation and training of the SalesForce CRM tool was also my key responsibility.
