Product Coordinator

I'm a highly self-motivated individual seeking a company where I can utilize my experience, my education and my exceptional people skills to help build and a long lasting career. I have worked in the apparel industry for over 8 years with 4 years in the action sports industry. My ambition allows me to surpass company set goals and exceed expectations within my role. I am a flexible person who works great individually and with others for problem solving and managing work flow. I am ultimately seeking a forward thinking company that offers stability and opportunity for growth from within.

I am responsible for acquiring and processing inventory and samples for each season in order to photographed and ultimately sold online. I have daily contact with vendors and various internal departments to manage a smooth work flow of all product and time to site. I oversee all men’s on model photo shoots from shoot sheet creation, prepping of product to the pre-styling of product. I organize the return of samples to all vendors at the end of each season. I work with my team in SharePoint (Task management tool) to assign and maintain daily KPI’s. I have implemented new processes and procedures to help with our product time to site. I’m responsible for running daily reporting to help maintain KPI’s and track inventory. Most importantly I focus on product time to site. 

I was responsible for managing 8 representatives on a daily basis. I was directly involved in the hiring process of all potential CS employees. I handle all escalated customer issues, questions or concerns in a professional manner. I made sure that all customer calls, emails and live chats were answered in a fast and timely manner. I monitored fraud prevention and Address Verification on all issue orders; called and verified credit card declined orders. I maintained all customer service KPI’s on a day to day basis. I handle reshipment of products on customer exchanges. I take care of and Process returns orders. Most importantly I help our customers in any way that I can.

Customer Service Supervisor

I developed and nurtured client relations with clear communication and consistent follow ups. I identified new prospect clients and account opportunities.  I increased revenue by adding new accounts, and I introduced our product to several new and existing businesses on a daily basis. In fact, I became a member of the La Habra and Fullerton Chamber of Commerce in mind to increase revenue. I also managed and maintained daily scheduled appointments and meetings.

Marketing Coordinator

I was responsible for direct client sales. I managed, maintained and cultivated a large number of    accounts by developing a strong rapport with our clients.  I generated leads by cold calling business and profiling clients.  I would effectively present product lines and I final I negotiated terms and closed sales and created purchase orders.

Sales Representative

I was in constant contact with  major accounts such as Nordstrom, Limited Too, Forever 21, Macy’s, Wet Seal, and Guess. I made sure that the showroom was always in order and merchandised according to season and color concept. I created all picture and swatch packets for buyers and vendors. I managed showroom appointments and pitched client presentations during major markets. I answered all email and phone calls in a professional manner. I managed all tracking of UPS and Fed Ex packages. And I worked with vendors and contractors to make sure samples were finished and delivered on time.
