•	Developed cost saving operating procedures which saved the operations department $300,000 below normal operating cost during first year of existence.
•	Instituted logistic and procedural processes for equipment tracking and recording that included the hands on training of all logistics personnel.

•	Negotiated  and maintained contracts with Third Party Logistic companies.


WEST COAST REGION AREA MANAGER

•	Responsible for all import and export freight traveling to the Long Beach and Los Angeles via railroad.
•	Monitored industry trends and negotiated pricing for transit costs.
•	Instituted new container tracking system via the internet as a means of tracing containers to the Los Angeles Harbour.
•	Managing Inbound and Outbound freight to meet customer needs.
•	Coordinated the movement of GACP Pool Chassis between local terminals and local railheads.
