Production Coordinator

With over 8 years of extensive Customer Service and  Production Experience. I am  currently seeking an advancement within my career that will allow me to  utilize my knowledge and  excel within a growing  company.

Confer with establishment vendors, sales team and logistics department to coordinate production and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
Visit vendor facilities to assure that production schedules and company standards are being followed.
Contact suppliers such as dye houses and sewing vendors to verify shipment details and facilitate incoming production order details.
Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Facilitate the sampling process consisting of TOPS and PPS to assure that the customers standards are being fully met prior and during the production process.
Work very closely with the sales team on special custom orders, urgent orders and completing back orders for non-custom stocked styles.


• Communicate with factories on a daily/weekly basis to discuss the status of production, delivery dates, audit schedules, and any possible issues.
• Adhered to production schedules and closely monitored quality control, government regulatory issues, re-orders, and changes in orders.
• Coordinate production and delivery schedules between vendor and customer to expedite the timely and accurate allocation of delivery dates, and production orders
• Track and analyze all phases of the transaction cycle from initial order to final production 
• Order customer trim components and monitor trim inventory and other construction components with factories for headwear and cell cases.

• Closely worked with sales team regarding proper processing of new business partners.
• Coordination of tradeshows- Completed documents for booth entrance, transportation and freight for the booth as well as travel for all employees in attendance.
• Closely worked with the production team to ensure that all inventory and customer bulk orders were on schedule.
• Track and analyzed all phases of purchase order entry and delivery.
• Processed customer credit terms, verified trade references and assisted with past due accounts and collections.

Accounts Manager
