Production Accounting

Payroll Accounting Union and Non-Union.  Daily invoicing for multiple vendors, payment applications, check cutting. Data entry of billing, matching PO requests to Invoices, auditing and entering billing reports. Performing detailed reconciliation, maintain spreadsheets and reports. Processed timecards, Union and Non-Union Crew. Checked hours to production reports and resolved exceptions with Line Producer. Transmitted payroll files to PR company, performed edits & approval. Direct deposit files to bank and printed and distributed payroll and vendor checks. Completed assigned journal entries. Processed Set-up and Close.

Payroll Accountant

Processed new hire paperwork and set-up. Entered time sheets and answered all payroll related questions. Reviewed contracts, PO's and Invoices. Completed assigned journal entries, submitted in conjunction with published schedule and reconciled general ledger accounts.
