+Completes extensive trend shopping, trend research and market analysis, and leads seasonal direction of trend presentations and apparel lines 
+Travels to Los Angeles & New York biannually for seasonal trend inspiration and to stay on top of emerging market trends, in addition to shopping local Nashville market monthly
+Travels to Outdoor Retailers Winter Market trade show in Salt Lake City biannually for activewear technical innovation, new fabrics, and inspiration - taking the latest technology and translating to the Russell Athletic brand identity 
+Attends fit sessions, ensuring the product has great fit
+Creates competitive analysis of our brand vs our competitors, to have full understanding of activewear landscape
+Develops new fabrics, trims, and logos/branding per season, and reviews daily submissions for overseas development
+Directs graphic designers in creating authentic graphics & prints for seasonal lines
+Partners with cross functional teams on a daily basis, including Sourcing, Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure that life cycle of garment runs smoothly from initial concept through to production phases
+Reports directly to the Design Director
