Thinking creatively to  ensure effective and  efficient results using  detail and organization  to achieve goals are  qualities I exercise  daily. The core of my  work experience has been  founded on leadership,  team work, and building  lasting relationships.

Director of advanced golf development program for junior golfers aged 12-18, including: swing mechanics, physical conditioning, and mental strengthening with course management. 
Developed a program for juniors to enhance their skills in all areas of the golf game: mechanically, physically, mentally, and to gain overall confidence.
Expanded the company over seven counties with students from seven different high schools throughout southern MN.
Worked with over 500 kids both in the developmental program and golf camps, ranging in ages from 3-18 years old.
Created a trusting and enthusiastic atmosphere for each student.
Took concise overall assessment of each individual determining skill levels and areas for each individual to improve and learn.
Taught golf mechanics both individually and group settings.
Used video assessment to give a clear vision of the developmental direction for each individual.

Lead mental enhancement training exercises in golf management, nutrition, physical exercise, and individual confidence encouragement.

Managed day-to-day operations of the golf shop, including: inventory management, purchasing/buying, financials and customer service.  
Lead membership sales of over 210 new memberships generating $525,000.
Managed an average inventory of $50,000 with a projected turn four times per year. 
Led a team of twenty golf shop personnel, including: recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling.
Developed and implemented programs within the department, including: opening/closing procedures, advanced training techniques, a customer service guide, incentive sales programs, and an employee organization handbook.  
Designed and implemented an annual buying plan to comply with the organizational budget, while attaining to members’ personal expectations. 
Analyzed, created, and presented weekly staff budgeting reports, day-to-day sales reports, and inventory control reports. 
Fostered an atmosphere that catered to each individual’s needs while providing the highest quality of customer service. 
Increased tournament revenue from $25,000 to $45,000 by creatively generating new member events and increasing customer satisfaction in non-member events. 
Organized and executed (on average) over 40 member/non-member golf events, two golf leagues and junior golf programs.
Lead personal fitness trainer conducting over 300 training sessions on and off site.
Facilitated over 1500 private golf lessons, including men, women and children of all skill levels.  
Proficient in Jonas Management POS system, Microsoft Office products.

1st Assistant Golf Professional/ Merchandising Coordinator

Managed day-to-day operations, including: inventory management, floor operations, floor/merchandise changes, supervised stockroom manager and customer service.  
Increased store revenue from $500,000 to $2.5 million through implementing efficiency strategies within the operation. 
Managed an average inventory of $100,000 to $200,000. 
Led a floor staff of 50 – 100 employees in different areas to run store operations efficiently. 
Recruited and trained over 100 new employees within the company.
Directed and managed a team of employees, including stockroom manager, managers in training and all floor employees.
Collaborated with Corporate Visual Team to implement new floor plans and designs (specific for that chain store).
Proficient at the policies and strategies of the Abercrombie and Fitch Corporation, while creating and implementing new strategies to improve store’s productivity and customer service.
