-	Managing and supervising staff across three departments:
--	Customer Service/ Showroom, Tech Support/Service, and Fulfillment 
--	Coordination, staffing, and participation of offsite events
--	Reporting, coordinating, updating, and relaying communication between Australian HQ and our facility  
-	Inventory forecasting and ordering: 
--	Shipment receiving, inventory stocktake, pick restocks 
--	Oversee complete order processing from customer interest to dispatch (wholesale and direct to consumer)
--	Liquidating “Gray” inventory (used products) 
--	Managing and hiring shipping carriers; LTL and small package
-	Product assembly, kitting, customizing, bundles, and quality control 
-	HR duties including hiring, scheduling, reviews, mediation, training, and morale events
-	Customer service duties including email, phone, and in-person support of sales, post-sale, and technical inquiries
