•	Develop  and use standard specs and fit guidelines for missy, petite and plus.  Ensured standardized fit was used and developed updated fit, improving sales.
•	Attend development hand off meetings with design team to determine technical requirements for tech packs.  Create detailed specs for development packages for overseas  and domestic vendor quoting and sample generation. 
•	Review styling of proto samples and lead fittings with design team.  Ensure fit consistency within brand. Build and leverage partnerships with Cross Functional Team. Provide viable solutions and alternatives to help determine cost effective design execution.. 
•	Comment daily and track fit samples with domestic and overseas vendors.  Give detailed pattern instruction using Optitex , Illustrator diagrams and digital photos, based on vendor patterns. 
•	Write and issue detailed technical comments in excel, expediting to meet company and production deadlines.  Full understanding of grading.  Excellent problem solving skills.
