CEO/Founder

The Peaks Project's mission is to give underprivileged children in NYC the opportunity to participate in winter action sports, specifically skiing and snowboarding, while promoting camaraderie and personal growth.

Conceived, wrote and developed the business plan for The Peaks Project. Responsibilities include: finding and creating new business and sponsorship opportunities, including obtaining 6 sponsors and counting, hiring and working with our Business Development Coordinator and our Financial Planning Coordinator, fundraising and budgeting, and creating and maintaining a social media and Internet presence.

Program responsibilities include: Facilitating transportation to Camelback Mountain Resort for a group of 12 students over the course of 8 trips, creating a fun, safe and educational lesson environment for The Peaks Project's skiers and snowboarders, building and maintaining a rapport with all staff categories at Camelback, creating a sponsored collaboration bus with OvRride for fundraising purposes, and recording and logging media to document TPP's progression.

•	Establishing and growing the AETHER brand within the brand’s first and only East Coast store location.
•	Training and supervising the Assistant Manager and all sales associates.
•	Creating and implementing structured store policies, guidelines and standard procedures.
•	Consistently exceeding monthly sales goals.
•	Building and maintaining a rapport with clients and creating a repeat customer market.
•	Buying all inventory/product for the store.
•	Managing and maintaining stockroom and inventory levels.

Store General Manager

•	Creating, developing and producing a group sales initiative intended to target a new market and consumer.
•	Creating all snow reports and managing all information dissemination.
•	Conceiving, building and writing a comprehensive and evolving ski industry analysis.
•	Creating and filming video segments as on-screen talent for marketing purposes.
•	Writing copy for press releases and marketing materials.
•	Assisting with event coordination and promotion. 
•	Taking action photos resort-wide for marketing purposes.


Marketing Coordinator + Snow Reporter

•	Manage and maintain stockroom and inventory levels.
•	Order all inventory/product for the store.
•	Assist in the creation and maintenance of visuals and merchandising.
•	Assist in the establishment and growth of the brand within the brand’s first East Coast store location.

Operations Manager

• Assisted in the production of pre-season organization events and game days.
• Accommodated VIP guests and season ticket holders with customer service.

Game Day & Events Staff

• Assisted both men and women in finding the proper gear, footwear and apparel for outdoor excursions. 
• Accommodated customers with product warranty and returns.
• Restocked and assisted in the visuals of the store floor.

Sales Associate

• Completed a 3 month-long action sports industry analysis.
• Engaged in a series of market research projects to identify collaborative business opportunities.  
• Composed and edited press releases and athlete biographies for Superheroes’ website. 
• Created weekly, comprehensive industry updates and analyses.    
• Contributed to the production of newsletters. 
• Managed day-to-day office functions.

Business Development Intern

•    Created and maintained weekly newsletters. 
•    Evaluated and rated artist requests. 
•    Communicated with and booked artists.

Music Booking Intern

• Assisted producer in all areas of production for a 3 day 17 location shoot in NYC. 
• Assisted director photographing, logging, and presenting locations to client. 
• Supervised crew of production assistants. 
• Prepared, submitted and obtained all necessary location and filming Permits from The City of New York. 
• Procured and coordinated delivery of all equipment and vehicles for film shoot. 
• Maintained daily production expenses for production.

•    Assisted director & producer on studio and location shoots, working with all crew categories.
