Senior product developer 

Manage product life cycle from design handover to production of accessories, trims and packaging
for all divisions (Lifestyle, MX and Bike)
●   PLM Admin for Materials and Colors
●   Develop and finetune processes for material set up in PLM system, trim and packaging requests,
etc
●   Negotiate product and component costs with vendors to meet target margins
●   Cost engineer products for improved margins
●   Maintain details for all styles and materials in PLM system, including BOM, vendor info, sample due
dates, costing, colorways, status, etc.
●   Maintain a trim reference library for the cross functional teams to use-including, trim catalogs,
samples, etc.
●   Review and comment on samples at all stages of development, ensure team is meeting all
calendar deadlines
●   Daily communication with factories, nominated trim suppliers and internal teams

Senior Product Developer

Created and implemented a WIP process that was rolled out company wide to all apparel and accessory teams to effectively manage the production schedule to ensure on time shipments
globally
●   Managed the nominated fabric program for Lifestyle and Bike divisions-finalized costs, managed
inventory levels to ensure fabrics are ready for global production
●   Part of task force that created new standard operating procedures manual

●   Promoted to Senior Manager to oversee global production for all brands company wide in USA/UK/Australia
●   Partnered with freight forwarders to ensure timely booking, shipment and delivery of import
shipments
●   Negotiated freight rates to find the most cost effective options
●   Maintained Shipping Logs used to track import shipments
●   Worked with Corporate Counsel to develop Customs Manual
●   Worked with Customs Broker and Corporate Counsel to ensure accurate HTS classifications for all
products
●   Supervised Production/Purchasing Team (in US office). Partnered closely with team in Shanghai
office
●   Managed open order file and logistics for international divisions in Australia and the UK
●   Maintained accuracy of the Item Master in the system-including product details, costing, duty
classifications and vendor details

●   Work with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of import shipments
●   Maintain EU tracking/shipping log and document issuance to expedite shipments to distributors
●   Approval of all invoices related to production, freight and customs
