Customer Service Specialist

Let's state the obvious. 

I work in the outdoor industry. That's why I'm here. 

Ran the marketing of a local shop in San Antonio for 4.5 of the 7 years I was there and even though it was stressful and time consuming the knowledge that I gained is irreplaceable. 

And even though my job title was marketing manager I was also a floor manager, lead sales associate and a junior buyer. 

Straight up, I don't want to lose a place in this industry. I've got mad passion for the snow sport industry in specific but when it comes to outdoor and skate, I can't pass up an opportunity work with rad people and insane products. Nahmean?

- Cross trained in Action Sports, Clothing, Footwear, Camp/Climb, Frontline and Visuals 
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with inventory changes to ensure customers fulfillment and satisfaction 
- Go-to employee for deployment of new stock, visual changes and any other communication handed down from management

- Developed integrated marketing strategies bi-annually based on seasonal product changes 
- Acted as creative director to develop captivating copy and aid in graphic design layout for marketing initiatives 
- Worked with multiple media channels including print, TV, radio and web to ensure consistent and successful campaigns
- Utilized trade publications, client buying habits and social media management to pivot marketing initiatives 
- Used sell through reports to facilitate futures merchandise buys based on trends, customer needs and technology advancement 
- Created visually compelling floor sets to engage customers in order to increase add on sales

Marketing Manager

   Science Tree House at the Witte Museum
