Community Athletic Director

•Directly responsible for all aspects of youth sports programming, serving over 3,600 participants per year across three YMCA branch facilities.
•Create, grow, and responsibly manage a total operating budget in excess of $290,000 of revenue.
•Oversee and develop two full time coordinators, and 25 part-time staff.
•Responsible for recruiting and training approximately 250 volunteer coaches annually, spanning five seasons through a variety of sports models.

•	Performed set up and tear down of practices, games, and major events, often being time sensitive.
•	Supervised concession & retail operations, employees, cash handling and deposits.


Facilities Manager

•	Multifaceted role focused on designing, manufacturing, promotions, and sales of custom made snowboards.
•	Managed the production process, raw material usage, and temporary employees.
•	Applied problem-solving skills to continuously adapt to new situations and obstacles.
