National Sales Manager

I bring over ten years of  experience of sales  ,retail management, and  customer service within  the outdoor industry.

National Sales Manager for Vortex Outdoors. Managing our sales team, and driving growth and sales for both Badlands Hunting Packs and William Joseph Fly Fishing brands.

Technical representative, Mountain time zone, for DeLorme in all big box accounts.

Technical Representative

o	Assisting Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store to maximize sales and profits by taking ownership and responsibility for all weekly and monthly sales goals while coaching sales associates and assisting in achieving their personal sales goals
o	Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, personnel and record keeping policies and procedures
o	Assists the Store Manager in hiring, disciplining and terminating employees in compliance with company policies and procedures.
o	In Store Managers absence, participates in the weekly management team conference call. Prepares and communicates his or her store’s progress and plans for the upcoming week. Communicates information from this meeting to employees of the store.
o	Assisting management team in compiling and documenting all end of month  trends and statistics
o	Monitors and evaluates sales training program on a monthly basis. Obtains knowledge of all staff members’ abilities to better their selling skills and facilitate the review process. Monitors employees’ progress and address it accordingly.
o	Enhancing company exposure through local and national charity/marketing events

Assistant Manager

o	Created and scheduled all events for the American Bouldering Series 2008-2009 season
o	Responsible for communication between USA Climbing and their clients
o	Event organizer for IFSC World Cup Bouldering event and 2009 SCS National Championships
o	Maintained day to day operations of the USA Climbing office

Director of Communications

o	Responsible for writing and implementing curriculums for all indoor courses, staff trainings, and youth  programs
o	Director of summer camps; responsible for youth oriented climbing programs.
o	Head Coach of the Junior Elite Climbing Teams; creating and running training programs for nationally ranked junior climbing competitors
o	Outdoor Climbing Instructor; teaching climbing courses in a wilderness setting.
o	Opening and Closing Manager; responsible for day to day operations of an indoor climbing facility
o	Interim Retail Manager; in charge of ordering and displaying retail products. 
o	Coach twelve squads at the USAC Junior National Championships
o	Third place at ABS9  National Team Championships
o	Nominated for Employee of the Year three years in a row
