I have worked in the sporting goods industry for 5+ years with experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, product merchandising & sports marketing. I am comfortable in fast paced and constantly evolving settings, and have a knack for developing positive cross-functional relationships among very diverse groups. I am now looking to translate my experience into a career within the arena I am most passionate about: action sports.

Product merchandising for Tennis and Basketball footwear & apparel within 7 Emerging Markets Territories spanning 5 continents and over 120 countries.
 - Manage Tennis footwear & apparel / Co-manage Basketball apparel line plans, revenue growth strategy, and cross category partnerships.
 - Drive seasonal brand initiatives and seasonal growth by building strategic, productive & visually articulate product assortments.
 - Within 6 months, successfully led a team that stopped 3.5 years of decline in revenues and market share within the Tennis Category, as well as brought the category back to growth for the first time in 14 seasons. 

Merchandising Manager - Emerging Markets Tennis & Basketball 

•	Co-management of area budget ($380,000 per year).
•	Management of all strategic communication, processes & volunteer involvement.
•	Event planning for entire area, including the annual fundraising banquet hosting 450 guests and raising $138,000 (the second highest grossing banquet in 65 year history).


Portland West Area Coordinator & Administrator

Product merchandising in Global NFL, NCAA Football & Running categories. Responsible for reaching seasonal growth targets with team, as well as maintaining alignment of strategic vision for seasonal product lines with cross-functional partners.

Category Merhant - Global NFL, NCAA & Global Running

Cross-functional liaison between sales, business development, retail account marketing and all category business units to build and drive a cohesive brand strategy at the retail level. This included seasonal fixture floor plans, consumer communications and representation of brand stories for optimal sell-in and sell-through.

Visual Merchandising Specialist

•	Collaborated with the Adidas Innovation Team to complete a product model comparison highlighting the observational and biomechanical differences between Adidas & top competitors at varying price points.
•	Collaborated with internal Adidas teams to complete all projects relating to sponsored athletes across all sporting categories (NFL, NCAA, MLB, NBA, MLS). This included product modifications & customizations, as well as research projects working with athlete feedback & wear testing.

Athlete Services & Sports Marketing Coordinator

•  Member of grand opening team for Lululemon store in Bridgeport, OR. Involved in all store-opening prep including merchandising, inventory organization & community events.
•	Visual Merchandising Team Lead: responsible for all re-merchandising of store and visual displays on weekly basis for maximum product movement. 
•	Inventory Team Member: responsible for organized storage and accurate store inventory records for maximum sell through.
