Sr. Operations Manager, Supply Chain

Over a decade of experience in wholesale distribution dealing with both the retail and wholesale side of hard goods and soft goods.  Cross functional leadership experience wearing multiple hats involving Operations, Development, Planning, Production, Sourcing, Procurement and Logistics. 



•	$120k savings in first 90 days by reconciling inventory pricing with a vendor.
•	Negotiated new price structure for 12% savings annually and updated vendor terms for cash flow increase by 10-25 days.
•	YOY inventory down 22%, backorders under 1%, and fill rate up 7%.

•	Manages S&OP forecast through for monthly buys with vendors.
•	Manage Inline, OEM, and SMU production for $8million purchasing budget with Global vendors.

•	Responsible for monthly inventory reporting consisting of turns, COGS, profit margin, and current assets on hand.
•	Monitor Ecommerce trends and promotions to ensure we can support demand with proper inventory levels.
•	Maintain and establish relationships with current and new vendors to increase profits, decrease lead-times, and become efficient partners. 


•	Manage inline and SMU Production with Global vendors for $10 million purchasing budget.
•	Consistent analysis and strategy for buying implemented to maintain and improve gross margin at average of 60%.
•	Host weekly meetings with internal departments and vendors to ensure production schedules, deadlines and deliveries are met.
•	Direct a team of Production and AQL staff through creation and implementation of vendor manual pertaining to compliance, communication, failures, penalty, and charge backs.
•	Plan sourcing trips, purchasing schedules, and shipping deadlines to introduce new fabrications as well as improve bottom line profit from development through delivery.
•	Implemented domestic production programs with embroidery and screen printing vendors making up 35% of annual sales.
•	Developed procurement process’s with CFO for wire payment to improve net cash flow by 15 days and charge backs with Global vendors to recoup any losses.

Production & Logistics Manager

•	Supervise embellishment division dealing with the aftermarket branding of apparel, balls, and golf clubs.
•	Part of weekly design and fitting review of all sample received previous week.
•	Manage inventory levels between warehouse and vendor for aftermarket embroidery.
•	Coordinate between IT, Marketing, and Ecommerce to ensure merchandising plan is ready for launch and inventory levels support forecasted demand.
•	Work closely with Soft Goods Manager providing PO updates, inventory reports, sales sample ordering, and Sales/Free distribution analysis.



Development Associate

•	Support Outside Sales Representatives
•	Process orders, returns, and repairs for golf clubs, clothing, and balls
•	Answer calls, e-mails, and faxes for accounts, Sales Force, and consumers
