As an avid mountain biker 3-4 days a week throw in a little skateboarding and an occasional moto or snowboard trip in a year and that's me.

With over 18+ years of experience in global apparel and footwear, and most recently worked in glove production, purchasing, development and compliance management, I have increased my position through hard-work, determination and willingness to take on new challenges with major responsibilities. Through- out these years I have had the opportunity to gain a vast amount of knowledge within footwear, apparel, gloves and trim/material sourcing, with a focus on product development, tracking, and production. My previous work consisted of communication with factories while keeping them up-to-date on company polices and testing requirements. Furthermore, I have obtained a steady growth with internal and larger customer packing and compliance regulations to ensure proper shipment throughout all major global regions.

Company Relocating: 8-15-14
As Production Manager / Supply Chain Manager  I was responsible for coordinating all aspects of products, such as; material movement, product purchasing and delivery, vendor and supplier management, and communication with factories, Pricing, Scheduling all new products working with Design and development (domestic and overseas) for all product models.

PRODUCTION MANAGER / SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

• Work with design, product development, marketing and inventory planning to maintain best possible qual- ity, while remaining cost effective for on-time deliveries.
• Build and manage line-review for all products and categories while working with the director of sourcing to choose appropriate manufactures.
• Create, update, place and send purchase order request and purchase orders.
• Update and maintain all product style costing.
• Work closely with factories/fabric vendors (domestic and overseas) to sustain the accuracy of products.
• Working with factories to execute designs according to established timelines.
• Work with testing labs to coordinate and document product testing.
• Maintain Project timelines and ensure timely sample delivery.
• Review all shipment samples coordinate with design to spec. Make sure that all styles are commented and
approved.
• Track project calendars and be accountable for the delivery and due dates for key product creation mile-
stones.
• Work closely with marketing to analyzing market information and historical sales data to evaluate all new
and existing SKU’s.

• Find suppliers with lower costs ensuring we can negotiate inexpensive product prices.
• Bring new designs through the development stage to production ready products meeting or exceeding
design, fit, and quality.
• Research, develop, and select materials, colors, and textures.
• Develop detailed product specifications for each project.
• Order, track and insure on time delivery of special samples for catalog, photo shoots and other events.
• Develop channels of communication through sports marketing, sales, and other areas of the company.
• Making accurate business recommendations to the senior management team.
• Assist in tec-pack color up and modification.
• Work closely with all talent to transfer needs and wants in products.
• Work with manufactures to set first prototype, size sets, photo-samples, and salesman sample costs.
• Maintain production compliance and communicate customer requirements to factories.
• Proactively troubleshoot and solve production issues regarding the on-time and accurate/quality delivery of
our products.
• Responsible for establishing strategies towards existing and future vendors for upcoming seasons.
• Coordinate the logistics between material suppliers and manufactures.
• Plan and purchase materials/components for finished goods.

• Collect and analyze information from factories for WIP Reports.
• Once WIP passes approval all data gets placed on an at-once-report.
• Resolve issues and make recommendations for future improvements on factories and product styles.
• Communicate any issues to proper channels when strategies contain unrealistic
expectations (delivery, SMU, costs, capacities, etc.)
• Work according to the production calendar and proactively work with internal employee’s to achieve the
requested shipment dates.
• Negotiate costs with factories in assigned categories in order to achieve margin goals by reducing overall
costs while maintaining or improving quality.
• Work closely with COO for final cost negotiation to achieve the accurate margin requirements.
• Proactively maintain communication and participation with design (relevant meetings and/or follow up) to
facilitate visibility to the line plan along with style details in order to allocate production. This entails identify- ing themes, fabric directions, new technologies, as well as designers wants and needs; which proactively identify and communicate information.
