The Truly360 marketing campaign was created to offer Google Business View and Google Wallet.  Reported directly to the CEO.  Had key role in strategy and development of the program.
•	Established and maintained partnerships with Google Trusted Independent Photographers nationwide
•	Handled all Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable functions related to Truly360
•	Negotiated prices with specific vendors

•	Track and analyze all data related to the business

The Hidden Spa is rated one of the top four day spas in San Diego by City Beat magazine in 2012.   Reported directly to the owner.  Responsibilities included management of all aspects of the business including financial, insurance, payroll, compliance, and inventory.   
•	Reduced overhead costs while increasing revenue.
•	Built and implemented accounting processes
•	Created a successful payment plan schedule to pay off all past due accounts payable by year end 2012
•	Lead the creation of new streams of revenue 
•	Managed 15-20 employees

Consultant

Start-up biotech business specializing in the development and manufacture of patented electrostatic sprayers used primarily for the disinfection and sanitization of surface areas.   Reported directly to CFO/COO.  Responsibilities included management of all supply chain activities including vendor negotiations, product costing, management of inventory levels, logistics.   Financial duties consisted of accounts payable/accounts receivable, insurance placements, account reconciliations.
•	Reduced inventory levels by over 50% to free up working capital.
•	Liaised with R&D team to build product specifications that included readily available and economical parts.
•	Developed bill of materials for company’s entire product line.
•	Developed residential service model.

Bridgepoint is a provider of online and campus-based postsecondary educational services with over 86,000 enrolled students.  Started as Enrollment Advisor and earned promotion based performance and leadership skills.
•	Advised and counseled students on available grants and loans.   
•	Maintained database of available funding sources and required qualifications.  
•	Created an array of weekly reports with department’s key performance indicators.

Worked as a licensed real estate agent specializing in single family homes and communities for those 55 and older.  Managed a complex of over 200 new construction condominiums.
