Responsibilities: Called on past and present customers, entered new customers into customer display management, answered incoming and outgoing calls, transferred callers, filed invoices, adjusted prices for online ads, print sale fliers, laminated fliers, kept daily log of calls made and help sales representatives with incoming leads.

Responsibilities: Provided sales support to domestic and international representatives, processed customer service inquiries for assigned individual consumers and dealers in territories assigned; responded to emails and telephone inquiries regarding purchases/returns in a timely manner, processed return authorizations and credit memos, worked with warehouse to process orders and returns, processed orders from sales representatives (manually), provided order maintenance, set up new account in AS400, followed up on past cancel orders/ requested for extensions as needed, distributed catalogs and samples to sales representatives, attended trade shows, managed the line for show room as seasons changed.

Customer Service

Provided sales support to domestic and international representatives as well as accounts, managed open order file daily, attended trade shows, requested extensions and shipping adjustments on orders; called CODs; managed refusals and reshipment orders, processed return authorizations and credit memos, entered orders for sales representatives, conducted order maintenance, followed up on past cancel pick tickets, helped manager with allocations/EDI, sorted and distributed pick tickets, set up new accounts, answered email/phone/fax inquires in a timely manner, helped warehouse with inventory at end of fiscal year.
