Project Manager

-Define scope of the project in collaboration with senior management, clients, & production facilities
-Create detailed work plan which identifies & sequences activities needed to successfully complete.
-Manage communications to update stakeholders on project status.
-Manage the project execution process according to the project plan and adjust as required..
-Develop forms and records to document and communicate project activities and progress.
-Maintain files to ensure all project info. is documented, communicated, secured, and archived.
-Identify and communicate opportunities for work flow improvements
-Monitor all budgeted expenditures against quotes and project plans.
-Ensure all financial records for the project are maintained and current.

- Proactively manage digital job schedules with internal production & outsourced production/finishing as required.
- Assemble, review and approve digital proofs & final product samples before releasing.
- Serve as primary communication liaison between sales and digital production
- Maintain both projects and work area in a clean, organized fashion.
- Provide design and technical assistance to sales and customers.
- Perform preflight, prepress, and setup of customer supplied files.		
- Import and manipulate supplied variable-data files as required.			
- Prepare digital estimates and create job tickets.

Digital Project Manager

- Contracts / Legal / Budgeting / Travel / Collections / Accounts Payable / Executive correspondence
- Manage new product development, websites and frequently updating product information.
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing materials to increase sales

- Translation traffic for over 15 countries.
- Legal and contract support for all print. 				
- Royalty analysis, processing, and payments.
- Product testing knowledge (ASTM, EN71, CE, etc.) 		
- Customs and overseas freight experience
- Strong knowledge of printing process in Europe and Asia	
- Press checks and production quality control
- Personal Assistant to President & Chief Publisher 
- Pre-press proofing and quality control for all projects of product to over 15 countries worldwide. 
- Maintain and generating production schedules and monthly analysis reports for all publications
- Reviewing incoming project, confirming they meet and or exceed standard specifications

Publishing Manager

(Part-Time Position)
- Responsible for various cash registers, stocking merchandise, selling merchandise
- Responsible for cast members & location operations during my shifts as Lead 
- Assembling custom one of a kind watches for guest in the park.
- Providing friendly and accurate information to many guests throughout the day.
- Very fast paced, energetic environment that required quick thinking
