Design various projects and deliver press-ready files to local businesses and groups.

Direct, prioritize and balance the work loads for a lead designer and junior designer. Review and evaluate work performance, approve time off and payroll.
Manage and design print projects for Marketing and internal departments, retrieve print quotes from vendors, prepare press-ready files, proof approval, press checks and quality-check final products.
