Design and develop product line for four categories (Snow Goggles, Snow Helmets, MX Goggles, Apparel).  Manage all aspects of product categories from concept to delivery. Develop seasonal lines with a focus on innovative, brand defining products and color stories.  Maintain strong relationships with multiple vendors/manufacturers to ensure production of best-in-class products while maintaining strong margins and brand growth.  Integrating and expanding on eco-friendly materials and practices in products, packaging  and development to continue reducing our footprint on our Mother Earth.
•	Oversee and approve product & packaging: tech packs, CAD design specs, prototype development and field testing.
•	Main point of contact with factories & suppliers to continually improve production processes, innovation of materials, shipping efficiencies.
•	Work closely with global certification teams and manufacturers to assure PASS of standardized safety tests.
•	Continually research and vet improved manufacturing processes and eco-friendly materials (PCR/PIR/rPET/bio-based) to help reduce carbon footprint of finished goods and shipping.
•	Analyze COGS throughout development to identify potential savings on materials, production process, labor, and shipping efficiencies.


Cultivate and manage relationships with companies/brands to meet their needs in production & development of multiple categories. Provide consultation through design, production, sourcing, to help develop and meet client goals based on consumer insights, market trend, and sales data. Create cost/margin analysis to meet client desired budget. Manage production calendar to meet customer delivery timeline.
•	Manage product design and fit, tech packing, packaging design development (inner & outer carton), prototyping & sampling to completed finished goods for multiple clients.
•	Source factories and suppliers acting as the point-of-contact to augment client desired final product quality, cost, timeline, shipping efficiency and 3PL storage.
•	Work with contacts at factories & suppliers to inspect for approval, all packaging to assure safe arrival and proper customs markings.
