TLDR: I operationalize data to help organizations scale process and maximize success.

I've spent the first 10 years of my career managing everything from customer service to complex go-to-market strategies for 8-figure products. What drives me today is the opportunity to work closely with visionaries and individuals willing to challenge the status quo. My expertise is my ability to self-start and exercise my left and right brain to architect efficient solutions.

For the past 8 months I oversaw and built a low-code solution to bring together previously siloed teams throughout the organization. I was the lead Airtable architect who oversaw new-team onboarding, scoped future solutions and managed relationships with our vendors. While there I helped Thrasio scale their merchandising test platform which previously averaged 50 tests per month to over 4,000 in under two months by architecting and operationalizing our product catalog in Airtable.

As an Art Director at Thrasio, I was part of the product launch team. While there I oversaw the ideation and creation of all marketing materials for products launched from Q4 2021 - Q3 2022 (~400 parent products). I managed a small team of production designers, content production teams and oversaw post-production processes.

While at Opinel, I oversaw the replatform and redesign of opinel-usa.com. As the first eCommerce hire in the company's 130 year history I cross-consulted with my team in Europe to help expand and scale Opinel's online presence (B2B, and B2C).

While at Gear.com I oversaw and executed a referral/reward system which enabled us to donate thousands of dollars to organizations that empower diversity and growth in the outdoor industry. As the Global Marketing Lead I built out the Marketing department from myself to over 15 individuals in under 12 months.

As the North American eCommerce Manager at POC I was responsible for cultivating a team of employees who took POC's online experience to the next level. I still take pride in the fact that I was
able to come to work every single day and meet expectations of management, motivate my team and provide avenues for personal and professional growth throughout the organization. During my tenure
we rolled out our latest front-end redesign that optimized our website for performance, merchandising
flexibility and improved the on-site/off-site funnel messaging.

At DPS Skis I worked closely with the sales and marketing teams to track web commerce, develop a new digital presence and measure metrics detailing site performance. Doing so allowed us to execute our complex sales plan which drove sustainable growth across all consumer platforms. I'm proud to have worked side-by-side with some of the ski industry's most disruptive opinion leaders who helped me develop a mindset of continuous improvement.
