This planogram is also used for the Quarterly Walk Presentation Book that is distributed to all of the field and management involved in the walk.
• Work directly with Vendors in all departments to set up reservations within Home Depot’s Quick Base System for all events. Assign location for placement of Vendor’s product involved in the Event, as well as management of inbound product receiving at the facility.
• Work with various teams within Home Depot to develop and implement planograms, visual signage, and fixtures; all to meet the company’s standards.
• Involved in all stages of the Quarterly Off-Shelf Selection Walks ( Reservations, walks with RMM’s & FDMM’s, compiling the wingstacks, conversion carts, and endcaps selected per region, assembling the quarterly playbooks to go out to all stores, etc.) These selections determine the final assortments for quarterly MAP going in all of the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island Home Depot stores.
• Actively work with Merchants/ Visual Merchants to set events at the Innovation Center for approval and implementation, and assist with the assembly of those playbooks. These layouts are then used for all Playbook versions sent to all stores based on Home Depot SSC guidelines.
• Compile data for all Classes, Merchants, and Departments to provide statistical analysis and determine opportunities for sales increases within each department under THD Off-Shelf Team.
• Managed the incoming first-run sign packages for review and approval by all members of that project team (Visual Merchants, RCM’s, IMS Production MGR)
• Active participant in weekly Off-Shelf Staff Meetings

Innovation Center Special Events Coordinator
