•  Hired in Marketing Department and promoted as an "Imagineer"; crafted unique decoration and branding solutions to B2B end-users. Was shortly utilized throughout the company, beyond Marketing, to support Production and Quality Control Teams.
•  Assigned as Principle Designer on national accounts (Pan Am Games 2015).
•  Advanced and streamlined a proprietary decoration method (HXD) as Lead Designer.
•  Created internal and external (Industry Award Winning) Sales Support Tools.
•  Mentored fellow designers to streamlines operations.
•  Assembled and administered an extensive internal Art Library System.

Graphic Designer | Brand Co-Ordinator

A branded apparel line and retail chain based upon Collegiate lifestyle. Delivering multi-season collections for both Men and Women including private label and exclusive licensed goods.

• Managed up a small, creative Production Team, researched target markets and introduced policies to streamline efficiencies.
• Furthered company investment and consolidation with wholesale ventures were developed alongside increasing retail growth.
• Advanced decoration process and methods (screen print and embroidery).
• Developed art for exclusive licensed collections (NCAA, NBA, NFL, Collegiate).
• Directed Production processes through to delivery with both domestic and overseas vendors.
• Assembled Wholesale marketing kits and Vender Tech packs for seasonal collections.
