Account Manager

•	Manage multiple accounts: daily direct communication and updates to clients, and manage all aspect of the development and prodution with all departments concerned, as well as advising most efficient way to handle development and prodution. Advise insight for specific product to improve product quality and be production friendly at the best cost.
•	Handle garment development from 1st proto, fit samples to SMS and photo shoot sample: reviewing/correcting patterns, garment specifications checking within tolerance, wash and dye techniques, screen print (techniques, colors), trims souring, and advise cost savy techniques to improve production process.
•	Run production from ordering fabric, trim, labels, packing; to overseeing cutting, sewing, dye/wash, print/ embroidery, finishing, packing and, shipping while supervising the overall quality control of the production process. 
•	Interact with all department involve in the development and/or production process to minimize issues; identify, secure and implement effective process to reduce oversight.
•	Process POs, build garment cost sheet, update customers weekly reports, invoice.


•	Screen calls, emails, walk-ins and organize meetings (clients, suppliers, production), and manage the day-to-day communication between account managers and departments in order to improve the production line.
•	Implemented inventories (office, packing and shipping) and reorder cost-savvy supplies as needed. 
•	Responsible for the time clock management system, as well as payroll.
•	Supervise packing and shipping department: manage employees’ schedules, train new recruits, reinforce quality control, schedule production and solve daily issues.


Executive Assistant

•	Bought online advertisement for SEO purposes; prospected for quality sites, studied of SEO metrics and analytics; negotiated, finalized sale and followed up with deals placement. 
•	Managed French and American accounts, created specific SEO solutions/country, including prospect & develop a network of international clients.


Acquisition Coordinator

•	Participated to New Era yearly sales meeting and worked closely with the marketing management team in order to learn and understand New Era values and overall goals for the next 20 years. 
•	Tasked to reorganize the digital asset management system to fit these future global objectives and implemented accurate metadata. I identified manager users and trained them to implement and use the new system in place.

•	In charge of store management including open/close, encashment, stock control, prepared sales, transfers, setting up new collections and commercial operations; merchandising in shop-windows and displays.
•	Handled customer service, customer satisfaction and the training of new employees.
