Buyer & Marketing Manager

I am a young professional who is looking to establish a career in the action sports industry. I have a specific interest in the ski/snowboard industry.

•	Oversee the buying of all softgoods and accessories for a ski, snowboard, and bike shop.
•	Assist in the ordering of all hardgoods for the store, including bikes, skis, and snowboards.
•	Responsible for assembling inventory and sales reports, providing analysis of reports to track store success and plan future buying and promotions.
•	Oversee the store’s marketing, running social media, Google Adwords, and email marketing campaigns, along with being responsible for monitoring and maintaining the store’s website, using analytics to track web traffic.
•	Responsible for running the store’s rental reservation system and in-store kiosk registration system, growing the store database and creating customer loyalty.

•	Oversaw the store’s appearance, ensuring it was clean and orderly, meeting merchandising standards.
•	Started and oversaw all the social media marketing for the store.
•	Acted as the manager on duty in the absence of the Manager and District Manager, overseeing all store operations.

Retail Sales Supervisor

•	Analyzed all reservations booked to ensure the accuracy and quality of the reservations made by Keystone Reservations sales agents.
•	Created and organized reports of reservations data and filed them for records.
•	Processed all guest lodging refunds prior to arrival, adjusting numbers in the reservations system/database to properly reflect guest balances.
•	Supervised a team of up to 15 sales agents, coaching agents when necessary to help improve their sales and the quality and accuracy of the reservations booked.
