Program Manager

A determined individual with a comprehensive background in retail, product development and brand management. A graduate of Central Washington University with the overall goal of being involved with a retail focused company. My background has given me the tools necessary to be successful in many different positions. I have needed to be versatile in all of my job titles allowing me to learn a multitude of skills. I hope to achieve a position that requires that same versatility. Some thing that requires a "go getter" attitude and is able to contribute to the team.

• Main point of contact for all branded merchandise needs for companies such as Starbucks, Trident Seafoods and MOD Pizza. This requires me to learn their business needs and develop products to help grow their brand, manage inventory and constantly look at creative ways to improve the product mix.
• Manage the development of each hard good and soft good item using both domestic and overseas suppliers. That includes understanding the margin, artwork, order quantities and product lifespan.
• Identify and execute effective methods of marketing for each project; including, in store signage, displays, and web e-Blasts while working within established budgets and guidelines

• Developed and coached sales associates on proper selling techniques, assisted them with proper reporting to give them basic UPT, ADT and conversions statistics.
• Held responsible for product merchandising, and seasonal floor sets to match corporate standards
• Reorganized footwear product mix which led to increased sales and was ranked in the top 15 nationally.

Associate Manager

• Managed the development cycles and workflow process for video game accessory products; starting from ideation phase through marketing and packaging finalization. 
• Partnered with the product developer as main contact for requests, changes and approvals on products for accounts with multiple licensors in the same development cycle.
• As the point of contact for Lucas Arts, my communication skills built a great rapport with our client. It lead us to expanding our video game accessory license into the mobility market and we were able to make custom Star Wars iPhone Cases.
• Possessed clear understanding of contractual obligations and ensured these were met internally. This would include reviewing product, reviewing marketing collateral, and UPC code creation.
• Trained customer support staff on VGA product line and acted as sole provider of customer and technical support for controller product line and mobility accessories such as MOGA.  
• Coordinated event logistics for national trade shows such as PAX, E3, GDC, CES, and Destination PlayStation.
• Responsible for attendance of trade and industry shows such as PAX, GDC, and independent shows specifically for Verizon Wireless employees and T-Mobile employees.
