Manages high-level marketing projects assigned to the Creative Services and Marketing department aimed at strengthening brand awareness, reputation, and engagement.

• Works closely with Sales, E-commerce, Designers, Copywriters, Marketing and other team members as required to monitor and move all projects through their lifecycle
• Reviews all creative briefs and traffics detailed schedule for each project through Basecamp. 
• Reviews daily work schedule with graphic designers and art director as needed.
• Assists creative team in maintaining and archiving all files in an organized and consistent manner, including artwork, photography, and video files. 
• Work with multiple departments and outside vendors on seasonal GWPs, hangtags, and packaging programs.

Supports the Development/Engineering departments and maintains on time development of product.   
•	Participates in marketing and business strategy to achieve a product line that delivers target net sales, net margin, and SKU productivity goals for assigned categories. 
•	Create, and maintain seasonal project plans, milestone meetings, and status reports that successfully track products to market
•	Responsible for setting up styles in product development database (PTC), and maintaining accurate data per seasonal timeline.
•	Assists in preparing consumer research, sales presentations, sets showrooms, copy writing and proofs seasonal catalogs.


Project Manager Nike Accessories (Freelance) 

Liaison for sample production processes: Design, Tech Design, Production, and Merchandising.  
•	Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify needs and improvements throughout the product development life cycle.
•	Assist with the ongoing development of department tools such as Island Pacific (ERP), Receipt flow for bulk PO due dates, Sample tracking, DC Inventory reporting, and Product to Market calendars for upcoming deadlines and deliverables. 
•	Creates, presents, and distributes training documents for new process implementation and company wide roll-outs. 
•	Reports weekly status updates on Product development adds, changes, and roadblocks to cross-functional partners 
•	Supports additional areas of the Retail and Ecommerce business for Studio, Site Merchandising, PR and Brand Marketing.   


Product Operations Manager

Global Coordinator for the Michael Kors Watch and Jewelry brand.
•	Manages various aspects of MK licensing partnerships as well as operational support for regional Michael Kors teams. (US, APAC, EMEA)
•	Liaison between HQ & Stores. Ensures fixtures deliveries, print production updates, new marketing materials, packaging, and seasonal visual merchandising guidelines to Merchandise Coordinators, District and Regional Managers. 
•	Negotiates Shop in Shop approvals, submits floor plans, renderings, and ROI to MK licensing and wholesale partners. Coordinates with Vendors, Store Design, and Account Executives for design, capacity, and ensures timely install completion.
•	Creates and distributes Shop in Shop documents and training manuals for new process improvements (Internally) 


Global Operations Coordinator - Michael Kors

Educates team on driving sales through store presentation
•	Assist in the planning and implementation of merchandise placement within
   department’s. 
•	Identify, communicate and address merchandise opportunities.
•	Recruits, facilitates new hire orientations and functional trainings for new employees.

Merchandise Manager

Creates product awareness, conducts weekly visits overseeing 10+ store locations
•	Coordinates with planners and vendors to manage company’s inventory levels.
•	Drives results by evaluating weekly/monthly/yearly sales goals to ensure company goals are being maintained. Provides direction for placement of priority presentations.
