I am a 27 year old college graduate who is eagerly pursuing a career in the fashion and/or activewear industries. I have obtained degrees in both fashion and business management, with supplementing years of experience in both fields. For that reason, I am confident in my ability to fulfill a handful of different positions. I have always held positions in which I am entrusted to wear multiple hats and balance an extensive list of duties and responsibilities. I feel strongly that these challenging, fast-paced, multi-tasking roles are where I thrive and excel most. My ultimate career goal would be to obtain a full-time position for which I feel intrigue and passion, but also challenged by on a daily basis. An ideal employer would be a Southern California- based activewear company with similar lifestyle values as mine, a great sense of community, and a company-wide eagerness to thrive in this growing industry.

Manage Daily Business Operations: Maintain project numbers in coordinance with project timeline, create and manage project folders, travel arrangements, answer phones, handle mail, responsible for hiring and managing sales internship
Bookkeeping: Accounts payable, create estimates and invoices for custom residential projects, manage all company credit cards, job costs, and employee expenses, account reconciliations, prepare financial reports for all executives, cut overhead costs by 10%

Management: Solely responsible for maintenance and security of all three commercial properties, investigate and resolve tenant complaints, enforce occupancy policies and procedures, maintain accurate records of all tenants and building information
Rent Vacant Units: Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective tenants, showing of units, establish rental rate by surveying local competitors’ rental rates, execute lease contracts, was able to bring building occupancies to max capacity 
Bookkeeping: Accounts receivable and payable, manage utility accounts, prepare annual budget and expenditures, annual rent roll, and all monthly financial reports for owners
Maintenance: Inspect vacated units, complete minor repairs, enhance property value by means of planning and contracting all major maintenance service and renovations, supervise repairs, respond to emergencies

Property Manager

Manage Daily Operations: Work directly under buyers to ensure organization of multiple departments by managing on order- racks, all photoshoot / visual samples, and visual on- order boards, update open to buy and on-order assortment sheets, communicate directly with vendors and distribution center to ensure quality, proper garment production, and fit according to specs, work closely with visual department to secure optimal placement in floorsets and window displays, and directly communicate with allocation and planning departments to ensure stock is evenly distributed to stores according to the open to buy

Intern / Assistant to Buyers

Manage Daily Operations: Work alongside Visual Director to coordinate all visual concepts for floorsets, window displays, and in-store visual displays, work with Director of Store Operations to execute all visual directive documents (window updates, visual guides, etc) 
Floorset: Plan and execute placement of all Arden B merchandise, styling of in-store and window mannequins, fixture placement for the entire chain

Intern / Visual Coordinator

Manage Daily Operations: Work in close collaboration with the owner to deliver a premium shopping experience for customers of this middle to high-end clothing boutique, build relationships with customers to develop repeat business, assemble and style individual items into complete outfits for clients, merchandise clothing and accessories, create window displays, exercise personal responsibility to open and close multiple stores daily, manage incoming needs and items for multiple stores in the Southern California area (San Clemente & Laguna Beach)
