Inventory control of computers and printers, including stocking and delivery
Use database to manage assets
Imaging of computers when new software or hardware is needed
Work with off-premise workers to ensure their assets are up to date

Improved & currently manage inventory accuracy by ensuring that all packaging slips match product and invoice matches dollar amount of P.O. and personally verify that all returns to suppliers are accurate.

Improved and managed inventory accuracy through implementing new checking procedures.
Provide customer service for walk in customers, answer product questions and make product recommendations and keep customers updated via e-mail.
