I am a graduate of  Indiana University and  majored in  telecommunications and  business. I have over a decade  of experience in the water sports and boating industries working at equipment retailers and dealerships.  The majority of my experience is in sales, customer service, and content creation.

-Assess customer preferences, leveraging my extensive product knowledge to match them with the most fitting watercraft and complementary equipment.

-Develop captivating original content, including photos, videos, and other engaging materials while crafting compelling online listings to drive sales and attract potential buyers.      
-Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to conceptualize and create an array of assets including eye-catching event signage, stylish apparel designs, and engaging digital content.


-Participated in meaningful conversations with clients to identify their preferences, facilitating the selection of an ideal watercraft that aligns to their needs.  
-Skillfully conducted on-water demonstrations across a diverse range of watercraft within our inventory.

-Partnered with the service department to ensure timely and meticulous preparation of products for customers’ satisfaction.

-Produced and edited instructional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, showcasing product usage and care guidelines for merchandise featured on the company website.
