Act as technical resource for broad and complex issues, and may typically be assigned to moderately strategic accounts Ability to develop and deliver “in depth” technical training to other engineers. Maintain strong working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership for product improvement in key product areas. Create/Review advanced technical content including KB articles, whitepapers, training documents, technical triages, etc,

Windows Support Escalation Engineer

Setup up vendor trailer and activatioins at major motorsport events. Responsible for managing all of the photographers at the event and sales team. Created proprietary sorting software and point of sale software to sell to the  riders/racers and others at the events. #1 company in motorsport event photography. Attending events such as Bonneville Speedweeks, Monster Energy Mammoth Mountain Motocross, Quarter Midget Nationals, Red Bull Day in the Dirt and many others. Sell over 70,000 prints per year. Managed group of photographers and promotional models at the event. In charge of contacting organizers to coordinate with other vendors and sponsors. Attended approximately 35 events a year. Managed and set budget for each event. Set sales goals and expectations. Gained valuable relationships with companies such as Red Bull, Monster Energy, Honda, Polaris, Terrible Herbst, General Tires, and Rock-Star Energy as well as many others that I worked with on a regular basis.
