My name is Michael Baum  I am currently looking  to pursue a career in  the snowboarding  industry. I have my B.S.  in Recreation and  Tourism from the  University of Northern  Colorado.

Worked as a sales intern for the Colorado Avalanche. As a Sales Intern I had to make 100 calls a day to prospective business' in the Denver Metro Area for Colorado Avalanche tickets. Was ranked 5th out of 12 interns at the end of the internship.

Currently as a Sales Associate and Shop Technician I am responsible for customer relations, on floor sales of ski, golf, and snowboard product, repairing ski, snowboard, and golf equipment.

As a Demo Technician I was responsible for making sure the customer was put onto the correct ski and snowboard equipment. I was also responsible for store opening and closing tasks, including cash register, tech stations, rental computers and
checking equipment.
