• Direct and manage all client photo shoots, including events, still shots and ad campaign shoots
• Negotiate with media agents, including radio, print and digital, to secure ad buys for clients and produce creative ads that are consistent with the clients message
• Manage day to day public relations activities, pitching stories that promote Good Time Design and its clients to the local and national media
• Plan and execute innovative events that promote customer interaction, attract media attention and increase sales
• Manage department operations and budgets and direct a team of graphic designers, marketing assistants and interns

Marketing Director

• Manage US National Governing Bodies of Sport (NGB) accounts, creating and executing marketing and public relations campaigns that promote grassroots exposure for each sport
• Plan and execute domestic and international sports travel packages, including site selection, vendor negotiations, route planning, staffing and budgeting
• Sell travel packages to each event, utilizing relationships with the NGBs to build a strong client base
• Act as the on-site guest services contact for travelers on each tour, ensuring an excellent experience 
• Creatively market and sell travel packages by building solid relationships with fans and supporters of each NGB

• Manage the fulfillment and activation of MillerCoors' national marketing programs at the local level, including partnerships with the San Diego Chargers and Padres
• Increase client sales and build brand awareness through the execution of engaging and innovative customer focused events 
• Develop a monthly marketing promotional plan and calendar and create event buzz and awareness via social media outlets 
• Develop a knowledgeable promotions team and manage the hiring, training, payroll and product education of brand ambassadors, ensuring a positive extension of the brand in the local market
