Since graduating from Dowling College with a degree in marketing and a management concentration, I have been looking for a way to integrate my studies with my enthusiasm for the action sports industry and its surround culture. I have great knowledge and experience with Business Administration programs such as: Microsoft word, excel, power point, and access. I love to travel and am proud to have visited many countries. I have grown up being very active in the action sports industry and attending events such as the Burton U.S Open and Quiksilver Pro. My goal is to one day have a marketing job for a snowboard, surfing, or skateboarding company doing social media or event planning for contests and traveling.

Administrative positions at NYC Elite focus on:
Form processing and organization 
Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies 
Communication of program initiatives to current participants 
Conduct audits for inventory   


Privately-held screen-printing company servicing numerous organizations on the East Coast.    
Sales Representative focusing on:
-Developing and expanding regional customer base
-Negotiating pricing and assisting customers with orders
-Oversight in quality control of order details

Sales Associate

-Completes and documents daily inspections to ensure the pool area cleanliness and safety. 
-Submits incident reports. 
-Trains team members through shadowing and orientation. 
-Assists in organizing, communicating, promoting, administering and supervising, of all department and swim programming.
-Assists in processing swim lesson revenue and refunds. 
-Monitors the budget and financial reports. 
-Markets and promotes lifetime swim program. 
-Assists in planning, offering, and registering members for groups and private swim lessons.

Aquatics Assistant Department Head

A $1.2 Billion Corporation operating over 113 gyms across the US & CA.
Leadership position within LifeTime Swim Program focusing on: 
-Proactive prospecting of members to participate 
-Communication of program initiatives to current participants
-Form processing and organization 
-Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies 
-Conduct monthly and quarterly audits

Swim Service Specialist

-To ensure aquatic team members are trained and confident to provide a safe and friendly environment for the members while enforcing policies. Always keeping track of our budget and sending lifeguards home when they are not needed for the remainder of their scheduled shift.  
-Providing customer service skills that show the members they come first while always providing them with the best experience possible that makes them wanting to coming back.        
-Always promoting and informing members of aquatics programs to continue bringing revenue into the club each month and reaching our goals.   
-Complete daily inspections to prevent injuries from occurring and ensure that all health codes are being followed and up to date; while also providing the members with a clean, safe, and organized facility that meets their needs and expectations.

Lifeguard Supervisor

-To watch the water and make sure everyone stays safe while having fun and enjoying the pool.
-Greeting and helping members answer questions about the aquatics department and other departments around the gym.
-Providing members with a clean facility.

Lifeguard

-To provide customer service, and respond to members questions, comments, and concerns. 
-To make sure the team members are providing a friendly manner to our members. 
-To assist the department head, balance cash drawer, reconcile membership accounts, and make corrections and voids.

Product Launch for GPS Device in an Advertising class. I devolved a marketing plan for a GPS/Beacon device that tracked movement
