Born into a family of athletes and innovators I recognized the importance of hard work and collaboration. Recognizing that one idea is merely a segment to a great product also led me to see that innovation is truly another word for collaboration. Working with all levels from CEO’s, Athletes, Engineers, Designers to even Couch Potatoes has given me true insight to the incredible complexity of human thinking and how we are created to create.

I have had the pleasure in my career to engage with high level customers on creating solutions for complex problems, I have also been able to work side by side with engineering and manufacturing to create quality products. Througout all these processes I have thrived in problem solving to create the best outcome for the user. From large presentations to one on one meetings with customers I have always
seen that in true collaboration a successful outcome can be found.
