•	Manage the day-to-day accounting processes of A/P & A/R, collections, billing, payroll, revenue recognition and expense management for five separate facilities and divisions. 
•	Ensure the General Ledger is kept in accordance with GAAP.
•	Manage daily cash flow, tracking multiple sources of revenue such as cash, credit cards and insurance payments
•	Reconcile third party billing companies for accurate revenue recognition.
•	Review and negotiate all contacts and legal affairs for the corporation
•	Review, maintain, and improve current internal control systems, policies and procedures.  Perform periodic cost and productivity analysis.
•	Prepare financial statements and schedules for year end, 
•	Prep schedules for Income Tax, file 571L’s and worker compensation reports
•	HR management for the corporation including personnel, payroll, benefits, and 401k
