Marketing Coordinator - Wholesale, Tradeshows

To provide marketing support for an inspired and authentic company in the outdoor industry.

Wholesale Marketing
-Plan, coordinate and execute assigned wholesale activities and interface with wholesale customers in order to help department achieve wholesale marketing goals and drive sales growth
-Communicate with wholesale customers in order to identify and fulfill special requests and provide marketing asset support
-Coordinate all planning and fulfillment of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program, including the planning for seasonal offering, order fulfillment, mailing of MDF items, maintenance of inventory levels, as well as:
-Assist with planning and execution of marketing support for national sales meetings and other wholesale support events
-Coordinate and execute plans for tradeshows (Outdoor Retailer, Surf Expo)


Event Coordination 
- Coordinate and assist in management of marketing events to assist in driving sales growth by acquiring new consumers and increasing prAna’s visibility in the market:

-Tradeshow/Event Support
-Website and social media development and maintenance
-Review and copy edit marketing materials and support advertising agency as needed
-Gather research and analysis of market trends and characteristics
-Compile and produce marketing reports
-Support sponsorship activities
-Assist in marketing budget maintenance and review
-Assist with email marketing efforts

Marketing Specialist

Marketing Coordinator

•	Organized multiple aspects of tradeshow set-up for various regional and national hospitality conferences 
•	Managed overlapping hard deadlines with Excel spreadsheets and Outlook tasks
