I have successfully run  large scale warehouses  and posses the ability  to handle inbound  freight. I posses vast  years of experience in  my ability to manage,  supervise and train  employees. I posses a  strong background in  handling inbound  freight.

Shipping and Receiving Inventory Control
Perform all shipping for products using Fed-Ex, UPS and DHL online shipping systems for domestic and international shipping. Perform all receiving duties unpacking all incoming materials, unloading trucks, rotating stock to follow FIFA regulations. Perform all necessary duties to ensure that warehouse and production floor are kept clean and organized. Perform daily cycle counts to track inventory and keep a spreadsheet up to date with cycle counts. Ensure all necessary shipping supplies are ordered in a timely manner to keep up with shipping schedules. Arranging stockroom to keep inventory in order and organized for inventory control. Ship out all RMA’s and follow company guidelines regarding shipping requirements for RMA’S

To ensure operations were performed according to LPL guidelines. Handled sensitive situations with an open and courteous approach. Documented staff production with Benchmark timing reports. Managed Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS distributions by using Wits System Tracking Supervisor Mail Services 
Ensured the Mail Service Departments were operating properly and mail was distributed to departments in a timely manner. Set up daily schedules for staff and conducted monthly safety meetings program.

Managed day to day operations of Sun Edison’s Warehouse. Controlled warehouse inventories and ordered solar panels for customers. Set up deliveries with a variety of trucking companies to different job sites and warehouses. Scheduled incoming and outgoing freight and directly responsible for loading and unloading trucks. Inspected incoming materials for damages. Filed claims with vendors for damaged materials. Communicated with construction managers to ensure materials were on sites to complete projects. Followed policy and procedures and made sure rules were implemented. Managed and set up new warehouse operations at new facility and created a new policy to ensure inventory accuracy.
