As partner in this privately owned business responsibilities include future growth and analysis of market trends. Developed overall business plan for marketing and financial areas of the business. Handle all web and social media awareness.

Reported directly to the Vice President Marketing on development of direct marketing, media, creative and PR Strategies. Development of the franchise marketing materials, in-store materials and displays, created a quarterly 38 page catalog, and spearheaded the extensive Medical Marketing program. Built corporate identity through newly created branding campaigns reflected with in-store marketing materials, merchandise display, website, direct mail, and press releases. 

Relax The Back was clearing bankruptcy in 2000 and I was hired to direct this non-existent department into a fully operational side of the business and start rebuilding trust with over 100 franchise owners. This was achieved within one year and a $1.5 million dollar National Advertising budget was created for the franchise system.

In charge of producing the Annual Franchise Convention for over 300 franchises and vendors.

Recruited to elevate the customer's movie going experience and oversee marketing campaigns in new theatre growth.

Worked with various Hollywood marketing teams to create awareness of upcoming movie releases within the local theaters through professional sports brands, non-profit organizations, national restaurant and retail chains and through local community events. 

Partnered with Microsoft founder, Paul Allen's Vulcan Inc. to develop a new state of the art movie theater. Worked side by side with this world class organization to implement a brand campaign for the multi-million dollar renovation of Seattle's historic Cinerama. 

Developed all marketing materials with in-house and outside graphic departments.

Promoted to direct and manage the marketing efforts for the entire Southern California region of theaters. Developed the marketing plan for the very aggressive theater openings. Managed press coverage, celebrity outreach, professional sports brand agreements and special promotional activities. Creation of seamless marketing programs that the management and staff at the theater level could implement.
