Retail marketing manager 

. I graduated Cum Laude  from the University of  Rhode Island with a  Bachelor’s Degree in  Textile Marketing and  Science in 2009. I have  spent the past 2 years  as a Corps Member and  then Team Leader for  AmeriCorps National  Civilian Community Corps  (NCCC).

*	Increased responsibility from Visual Experience Coordinator to standardize and maintain visual channels and retail standards in our branded stores and wholesale accounts.
*	Responsible for a team of up to twenty-five employees across current and potential flagship and pop up retail locations.
*	Oversees retail operations including the selection and renovation of all retail locations current and future, in store displays and fixtures, as well as product assortment selection and in store implementation.

Retail Marketing Manager

*	In charge of creating store buys and assortments for KJUS flagship stores and pop-up shops. In addition to creating and implementing all store displays and merchandising. Hire and train in store staff and manage all teams.
*	Assists in the production of photoshoots and additional marketing promotions.
*	Responsible for coordinating/attending KJUS sponsored events. In addition to trunk shows, golf tournaments, and ski product clinics.
*	Coordinates all selling materials and tools for KJUS sales reps and wholesale accounts.

Visual Experience Coordinator

*	Assist the buying team with order writing, trend forecasting and inventory needs.
*	Work with vendors to complete product assortments for Vail Resorts retail locations across the US and Canada.
*	Accountable for maintaining inventory levels and managing product sell through.
*	Ability to speak to sales projections and evaluate year to year business.

Senior Specialist Assistant Retail Buyer

*	Responsible for store operations, inventory, daily and monthly reports and visual standards
*	Accountable for upholding and enhancing guest experience in coordination with Vail Resorts ideals and values.
*	Responsible for recruiting, training, development and overall success of each employee.
*	Worked with buying team to complete product assortments and maintain inventory levels.

Store Manager

*	Managed a team of nine 18-24-year-olds throughout the Pacific Region of the United States working at a variety of non-profit organizations.
*	Managed and organized the schedule, budget (approximately $15,000 dollars), transportation and livelihood of the team while acquiring skills in construction, education, and environmental stewardship.
